Screw the standard about page…

I actually really didn’t like the video I had up there so I took it down as of today August 20, 2013. BORING!!!  Anyway… figured I’d just share with you something that works miracles for burning fat.  Check out the video below (if you’d like to read more about me you may read the transcript below this video — it’s of the old “BORING ASS” video I just took down TODAY.

YUP… this tip does work…

I use it daily.  Here’s me as of today August 28, 2013  at 6’2, 211 and 9.0% body fat.  My couple month goal is 8% so getting better.

Alright guys, hello and welcome.

Jason Clemens 2Welcome to the site.  Welcome specifically to the about page.

So, a little bit about myself and about Naturally Lose Weight Fast and why I made the site.

First and foremost – I am actually shooting this in my bedroom, I have people next door (family members) that are sleeping so I wanted to “keep it down” — also, if there’s a glare that’s simply my T.V..  But more-so that not, what I really wanted to shoot this for was first and foremost I HATE HYPE!


The world is too full of it these days quite frankly and people just need to take a “CHILL-PILL”!

#2 –  I don’t like being sold to non-stop!

If you have something great to sell (and that’s totally fine) you should get to know me before you try to promote it to me.  Nothing worse than reading an article or watching a video only to get “half” the information.  Especially in the weight loss and diet platform – if you will – which is so loaded with hype and very few people actually care about anybody anymore!

So that’s why I set the site up.

I don’t want to shoot a bunch of videos and then ask people to buy them so I decided to spread a little bit of my knowledge based on my own personal experience to other people so that they can get results without having to dive into their pocket books.

All I do on a daily basis is simply share eating, exercise, food tips, everything along the lines of burning fat getting the body you want, all with the idea of doing it so you can see fast results.

Nothing worse than having to basically exercise extreme discipline in your eating or bust your butt in the gym only to have it span 30 days out without seeing results.

So why we’re here is that we like to see results within 7 days or less to know that… hey, we are on the right path and we are losing weight and that gives us the motivation to continue … and, of course… we want those results to actually be healthy.

So everything here I have found to work exceptionally well for that.

And than the second part that I do you can simply find on my Facebook page which is a mix of weight loss (which a lot of people have found very beneficial) and than simply helpful life tips – which is an EXTREME passion of mine.

Now I’ve been doing this website since about 2007 with some breaks here and there writing online, making videos, coaching people in weight loss and I do a lot of other things too – a lot of entrepreneurial things which is a passion of mine also — so this is sort of like an “extra” for me.

I really really enjoy doing it, I love the people that I meet and more so than not I wanted to set this website up where people can come without getting “pitched” to and they can simply get some really good results.

So I guess that’s about it.

As far as why I’m qualified -

… like I said, the information is based off my personal results… so if you like my personal results – I played football in the Big Ten (a little ways back) and I shot my weight from 184 to 230 pounds and in doing so, as you can imagine, I developed quite a bit of excess fat, specifically around my belly.

Now I wasn’t what you would call fat – you wouldn’t look at me and say “HEY, this guy is fat”.

Cause I was in decent shape, but I had a lot of excess abnormal fat which tends to be the hardest thing to lose for people.

So, “long story short”, when I was done I struggled for years.

I did lose the weight but always struggled to lose the fat.  So basically what I want to share here is how I accomplished it.  And that’s what I share in all my videos you’ll find on my Facebook page or on my Youtube channel or in my blog posts on this site – all the tips all had a lot to do with helping me to achieve the results that I have.

Which currently I’m at 2010 pounds, I’m 6’2″ and I have a little bit less than 8 percent body fat… ok – so that’s pretty daw gone good (I’m currently hovering between 8 and 9.5 based on what I eat and my workout routine on weekly basis) and I owe the vast majority of it to the tips I share here.

Ok – so that’s a little bit about myself and why I feel this information works so good.

I really recommend that you like me on my Facebook page I have a lot of free videos on that page and it’s just a great resource where people can come together and share tips and moreso-than-not you can check out the videos and get some great results in your life.

    Hi Jason,

    I really enjoyed your stream on u tube and made a lot of sense. Can you suggest any workout that equals that daily 30 min circuit training when you are on vacation or when there is no gym or equipment available ? Any non equipment exercise circuit program you can do in your hotel room without equipment? Thanks.

    Hi Jason, I would like to buy your online book and video, but would like to know if I can view it on my Apple I-pad?

    • Hey Estelle – wow, perfect timing just running through emails and comments! I’ve never had anyone have an issue viewing the book or video on IPAD or Iphone that they have told me about. With that said, if there is an issue just let me know. I will be away from my computer until tonight, but will check my follow-up than. but you should be absolutely fine viewing everything!

    In February I started following your advices, and got great results, as you can see below.
    February: 264 lbs, 34% body fat.
    September: 202 lbs, 23% body fat.

    Now, i’m kinda stuck, i’m 6’3, with at medium/large frame, i really wanna get under 15% bodyfat, so far, all i’ve done is achived by diet, and swimming, and been thinking of doing weight training now, mixed up with swimming.

    Can you recommend a good weight lifting program for cutting so i can get down to the 10-15% bodyfat?

    • Hey Staer – about a month ago I had several comments not go through for some reason… just found yours so very sorry for extreme delay here but wanted to reach out anyway. Absolutely fabulous results! WOW! Thanks for the kind words. Bottom line – the diet is still going to be 80% or more of hitting your 10% goal. My basic program is 6 days a week. I lift each for about an hour. Legs, Chest, Biceps and Triceps, Back, Shoulders, and then on day 6 I do cardio. Now – if you can throw in cardio a few more days (after you lift weights) and speed up the results, but bottom line – you need to be eating really well. I’m talking 5 to 6 solid meals per day. Remember, the food you put into your body throughout the day is the key to achieving this goal.
